Adjusted conditions
BCN is mandatory to guarantee the 1.5 meter distance, because of this we are not able to facilitate the standards number of attendees of our rooms. Nor will it always be possible to set a specific room setup for the number of attendees of your meeting.
We are happy to think along with you and our reservations department is available to find a suitable solution. In addition to facilitating physical meetings, we do have the possibility to facilitate your meeting (part) digital. Check our possibilities here.
In addition BCN has adjusted cancellation conditions as long as the 1.5 meter distance regulation is in effect. You can find them here
